Interviews are usually panel type. However, sometimes depending on the job and requirements. You meet with the HR rep. then if you pass that interview your put on the list for the hiring manager to interview. It can take a while but they prefer to make sure they have the right fit for the job.

It was an online interview, asking questions about previous jobs, what the job entailed and what I would be willing to do. It was a new kind of interview to me but quick and easy.
