The interview process was in four stages. Initial, second, then mock coaching session. Then a review of mock session. After that there was three weeks of paid training and then more practice sessions on their modality to be hired as a contractor.

I have had two rounds of interviews and was told I have the job, but I have never received an offer letter, and my employment has been delayed several times.
