Applied, went through an initial phone screening which was good, then about 2 weeks later they finally reached back out to schedule a second interview. Nailed the second interview which was broken up into two 30 minute interviews with different managers. Was told that I was among the top candidates for the job and I’d be hearing back about their decision in ONE WEEK. It’s now been THREE AND A HALF weeks since my last interview and I’ve heard nothing back from the company. I’ve sent emails to the hiring manager with no responses and I’ve even tried to reach out in other ways as well. The least they can do after giving me high hopes for a chance at being employed at Lyric is let me know whether or not I have the job or at least give me an update or something. Very unprofessional in my opinion. This company moves very slow in their hiring process. Be prepared to wait a month for any type of response from Lyric.
