Habe mich über einen Recruiter beworben. Der ganze Prozess beinhaltete 3 Interviews über 4 Wochen. Zuerst ein remote Gespräch mit dem HR , dann ein technisches und fachliches Interview mit dem Team Lead und den Hiring Manager vor Ort und zum Schluss ein remote Conference Call mit dem CTO, Hiring Manager und Team Lead aus einem anderem Team, um die Leute der Firma kennen zu lernen.

Entrevista
The process was multi-step, initially through a recruiter with a video call, after this two video calls with the CEO. The last round was a full day in the office interviews with the entire leadership team. I felt link I had by brain put through a blender by 4pm but I see the value of it and the care they took.

Entrevista
Total lack of professionalism.
Contacted by an external recruiter, on Friday they arranged a first remote interview, of about one hour, with a regional VP.
They have been extremely pushy to schedule a second 1-hour interview with an Account Manager (the future potential supervisor), on the next Monday.
After that, they completely disappeared, stopping answering to any follow-up email.
This, together with the fact that there was no trace of any HR during the whole selection process, gave a feeling of extreme disorganisation.
