      It was quite easy there was phone recording played we need to listen and rate the different aspects like communication, empathy, attention to details, attitude. Then we have Maths test and and scripting reading if you have cleared this rounds then you have a chance to attend a interview.

      a waste of time, most people only their so they can meet fair hiring compliance, the interview itself was 4 hours with im not kidding middle school level english test, and thats not even the worst part you would think you'd be asked questions regarding the role, no instead your asked idiotic questions like rate teamwork from 1-5 and why. its a waste of time because current employees referring a relative are more likely to get hired and did rather than someone who's qualified for the job. no test on typing speed, no test on the actual role no instead you spend 4 hours doing a test where you have to and im not kidding find the grammar mistake, like one question was a person asking a question and im not kidding the answer was the one with the question mark at the end thats the kind of interview your going into.
