Interview process felt all over the place. I was contacted for a Junior Media Strategist position but then I was told that it was for an Associate Media Director. The interview process included a recruiter screening, interview with managing director, a 10-15 minute Power Point presentation (unpaid by the way, wish I advocated for myself) and ultimately a third round where the presentation was presented to members of the team. I'd say this was pretty lengthy and exhaustive just to not ultimately even get any feedback.
