I met with my boss and answered a few question around my experience and he explained the job, Then I met with HR and they asked a few more questions along with my salary requirements. Then I met with my bosses boss and answered some more questions. Once the interviews were complete HR called with an offer.

Entrevista
There were three people interviewing. Questions were mostly non relevant to the position. Interviewers were not skilled enough to interview for this position. The usual setting with too much of waterfall methodology being used. Lasted about 30 minutes and everyone was polite.
Varies dramatically by department... in one case, several months of the hiring management team hem and haw; in another department, empowered to make an offer at the end of the first interview
