Initial screening with recruiter who reached out via LinkedIn, followed by a 2nd round behavioral interview and take-home case study. The process moved quickly through initial rounds, then abruptly paused indefinitely after the case study due to vague "client changes."
From what I've heard from others, there seems to be a pattern of pausing the interview process after the 3rd round. The recruiter was very engaged and communicative early on, promising quick updates, but then went silent for weeks with no clear timeline for resumption.
The lack of transparency after candidates invest significant time in multiple rounds is frustrating. Would recommend asking upfront about client status and hiring timeline before investing time in their process.

Similar to other reviewers, I found this to be a waste of time. Process moved quickly at first, but then round after round of interviews with ultimately no clarity on when, if ever, a response would be given. This is after investing significant time in case interviews and behaviorals. If this is how they treat prospective employees, I can only imagine how disrespected their actual consultants must be.

Entrevista
I was approached to interview for position. Went through three rounds of interviews including both a live and a take home case study assignment. I was ultimately told they were not ready to hire at this time, and that they would follow up in a few weeks. A follow up never occurred and they effectively wasted my time.
