If you're lucky enough to get a referral from a current employee and somehow get to the front of the extremely long line of talent wanting to work at this firm you still have a long way to go. You will have to survive several months of 'interviews' with various members of Senior Management and other current employees. These meetings did cover the general interview questions regarding former job experiences and skills but they are more personality and value based. Before you are offered an exclusive position at this firm they want to ensure that not only do you bring a lot to the table in terms of experience and skills but that you are also a good fit - the right person - for the job and the firm. Not only does Senior Management have to approve of you but the other current employees do too.
