Several phone screens where the focus was technical depth and then a final job talk followed by questions and another set of interviews. They asked intuitive questions after the job talk and I liked the overall interview experience.

Describe your work, then follow up questions related to the work you described such as why did you pick a certain technology, what were the issues you faced and how you overcame those issues etc.
