The inteview process with this company consisted of two interview, one with the office Manager and the other with the owner of the company. The first interview is a warm welcome and them wanting to learn more about the candidate, then in this interview you are asked a series of questions and then as they are answered the office manager asked if I had any questions and I did. She seemed to like my questions and answered them thoroughly. She stated that she really liked me and that she wanted me to talk to the owner the following day. That interview was intimidating, because this was the owner of the company I was nervous to say the least, but she was very warm and helped me to relax and seemed very happy to make my acquaintance. I was asked a series of questions and then she asked if I had questions and I did and she liked my questions and told me that she really liked me and that she had a few more people to interview and that she would have the office manager follow back up with me in a week. The week went by and the office manager called me and told me I got the job.
