I was interviewed in turns by with heads of several departments along with some their respective team members and then 1:1 with CEO. I was recommended for the role by former colleagues from different company so I knew personally majority of interviewers and did not go through any skill check.

Entrevista
One of the most awful interviews I've had. Rather than asking for Gameplay related stuff they just focused on C-like programming topics and questions. Lead programmer was kind but the CEO, holy molly, he was almost laughing at me.

Bitwise stuff, move operator, and more C-like low level questions related.
It was more regular questions focused on my experience and portfolio. While art direction was kind of not in my field, it took some time to discuss, but it is understandable in this case. Very friendly and calm in general. I haven't felt any stress at all.
