I got the interview based on my last company but I explained alot and overqualified for that position. I told that I can do this, I can do that but they didn't need. They said we don't need these skills and then I switch to another topic and it didn't work so at last I overqualified for that position.

Sent in a application via their portal. Got a confirmation email saying that I would hear from them within 14 days. This is two months ago and I still havent heard from them
the interviewer provided a very good introduction to work scope when asked, great elaboration. the interview process was also fast efficient and friendly. had a good impression of the company, work environment seems good too
