behavioral questions. panel interview. pretty structured. not like a normal "tell me about yourself" interview. hard to get across the things you want them to know about you. make sure your resume is thorough, that is how they will get to know you. bring questions, you will be able to ask them at the end. the people in the room may not introduce themselves to you. write thank you notes.
