I was interviewed with very senior Master at Yangon and share my past experiences. He explained me about Maersk Line's safety culture and technical improvements. I wished to join Maersk Line since last 10 years ago but I missed it by somehow. Now I got I was waiting for and very happy to serve here.

Written test followed by face to face interview.There were lots of logic test in written interview so make sure you solve correctly.There is a typical question ... what you feel about yourself and what other feel about you... don't get confused these are two different questions and have different answers.
