Hiring process is completely on a merit basis. Candidates with more than 65% aggregate in bachelors from a standard Engineering college is called for interview. Interview process start with a written aptitude test followed with Group discussion, Technical and HR interview rounds. Candidates with excellent performance will be selected for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee.
