Entrevista
The interview process at MAP International was professional, thorough, and well-structured. There were three stages—first, an initial conversation with HR that provided a great overview of the organization and the role. Next, I met with the VP of Development for a more in-depth discussion about my experience and alignment with MAP’s mission. The final stage was a panel interview that used the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), allowing me to share concrete examples of my work and problem-solving approach. Overall, the process was organized, transparent, and mission-focused, reflecting the organization’s professionalism and commitment to finding the right fit.

Enjoyed getting to know the team through the interview process.
3 step process seems to be very efficient.
They communicated throughout the process.
Overall good experience and would recommend them to other applicants
There was never an interview, as I was ghosted by the recruiter THREE times. The closest I came was filling out a questionnaire that made it clear they care more about the church you attend than whether you can do the job.
I was ghosted for my first interview, so I sent a note to the recruiter. She got back to me two days later to ask me about my availability. When I gave it to her that day, it took another two days for her to reply with the link to her calendar (why did she even ask about my availability in the first place).
I set another interview time, and she ghosted that one, too. She blamed her scheduling app, and again asked me for my availability. I gave her ANOTHER two days to respond before I withdrew.
I missed two days at another job just to prepare for these interviews that never happened. The arrogance and lack of consideration is really mindblowing.
