The interviewer (Shelby) was friendly, and even though I ultimately did not get the offer, the entire interview process was calm and professional. They asked standard behavioral questions, such as: "Why did you choose this company?" and "Tell me of a time you encountered a complex project?" I was told that qualifying candidates would be passed on to the hiring manager, who would then focus on the technical screening. During the two-week waiting period, I sent a follow-up email that Shelby responded to to promptly on the same day. I received the formal denial letter a week later. Overall, their recruiting team seems professional. I'll definitely apply again.
