Phone screen and then met with 2 excellent C level reps. I was passed down to people who worked on the 'floor'. I do not know what happened exactly, but from the moment we connected on screen it felt like I was instantly dismissed. The interviews went from C-level very professional to informal, they could be barely bothered to find my resume. Perhaps there are issues with the day to day, I am not sure, but the person who interviewed me was not a full time employee. I thought I missed out on a pretty decent opportunity.
