I was called in for a intial interview with just a Merchandiser. I made sure I prepared extensively as I wasn't sure what to expect although I was told there would be no maths test in the first stage. That went reasonably well. I then got called in for a second stage with the head of merch and the merchandiser. This consisted of a test beforehand that was scenario-based. Afterwards I got asked similar questions as before. I was told they would still be interviewing so should be in contact soon. I called HR twice to get an update - I waited as far as a month later and no updates just the same excuse - HR wasn't sure what decision was made and they would get back to me. They never did! It is very rude to not be called back to be udpated regardless; especially when I reached the second stage. I took the time out to come both times and I think that would have been professional to do so.

After less than a week from submitting my application, I was firstly invited to complete a numerical/logical/reasoning test online. This was fairly easy and enjoyable. A couple of days later I was sent a link to record some questions about me and my experience. Never heard from them since despite chasing the recruiter via email asking for feedback. Such a disappointing interview experience with Matches - probably one of my worst! After going through 2 stages of the recruiting process and having spent time preparing, a rejection email seems the least they could do unless they never took the time to watch my video recorded answers.
