Initial contact was at a Careers Open Evening at the MBDA site followed by an informal discussion during which the job was described and basic suitability on both sides was determines. The interview followed once the role was added to the MBDA website. The interview used the standard role based format which included plenty of time to talk around the subject. The interview was reasonably informal which allowed for wide ranging discussion that ensured that I understood the culture of the company.
