I applied in July, did not hear back until around mid August. Scheduled a 20 min phone interview with their HR, from there set up a second phone interview with the director of accounts. That interviews lasted 55 minutes, he sent me an assessment that he said "Will not effect the outcome of the hiring process because they hire character not off an assessment." Set up an in person interview with 3 people there a week after the assessment. After that, heard nothing for a month. Finally, the HR called saying unfortunately they did not choose to hire me because of my assessment and attention to detail. 2 months after applying and numerous e-mails and what felt like a run around, they could have dragged this out less.
