You will meet with a wonderful woman in the beginning process that will probably be one of the easiest Hiring personnel you will ever meet. She will give you all the good and all the bad in a matter of five minutes. She will get you pumped and excited. You will then be asked to come back or in my case get it done all that day. I was told to take a 30 minute test and it consisted or 4 Emails that were sent to you and you are to be the "Manager" in the scenario. You are to give a honest response and one that meets their standards. Which is weird because from a managerial standpoint to a the position service coordinator seems to be a bit far from each other. Then you must select from a series of work related problems in emails that pertains to the actual company and job you are interviewing. It is quite backwards as none of the scenarios really seem to be no more important than the others. You are expected to do this within 30 minutes and it should realistically take you ten minutes. However, on the test make sure you pay attention to the dates. One of the things I heard over and over and over again was that they need people who are perfectionists and are attention to detail oriented. Once done from there you will meet with two other hiring managers who don't really seem to give you relevant job questions, they were all "stress involved and reaction"questions. They ask you a lot of 'strew inducing questions and reaction based upon stress questions", it makes you very worrisome in the interview process as if the job may be WAY too much or not what you had originally planned for. The one question that I asked was "How do I deal with stress". I do not feel as if this is a work related question or relevant. Unless your company has high turnover rate and causes unnecessary stress. You will then, well in my case, Meet with another guy who is entertaining and funny. He doesn't really ask you any questions about experiences or situation based questions, he will more or less ask you about yourself and your work experience. They make you feel very good about yourself and leave you feeling "good" about the interview.
