The interview process began with a call from Anna, the recruiter. She and I spoke and had a great rapport. She advised of the company history. She then told me I’d speak with the hiring manager Michelle. The entire process they kept me in the know which I appreciated. They were also flexible with scheduling phone and in-person interviews.

I was asked what was a negative thing about me? and a positive thing about me? Why I like customer service? I was properly explained the job description. Very professional touch.

Entrevista
This interview process went very smoothly. I liked how it was a combination of phone screening before the actual in person interview happened. It made me feel like they are serious about the candidate they choose for this company. I also thought that they were kind people to interview with too.
