I had a total of four phone interviews. I also had an on-site interview with the facility's General Manager. The on-site interview also included five of the GM's support staff.

The process had 5 separate interview, mix of phone, video and in person visit to the plant and meet the team. Though it was a bit long, it was really good, everyone was very helpful though the process and wanted me to make an informed decision to join the company as much as they wanted to do the same.

The interview process with MCC was seamless. The process moved along quickly and consisted of a series of phone interviews and an on site visit. Th entire process from start to finish about 3 weeks.
