Fifteen minute screening with head recruiter and then took a call with the operations manager to discuss the role and details of the project and location. It took about thirty minutes in total.

Entrevista
I reached out to CEO (small business), who set up an interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very helpful and informed me that multiple project leads might be interested in taking me on and that the hiring process required three interviews. Interviewed first with one project lead and then conducted a final interview with a CEO/owner and support staff. After a two-month process, I was ghosted.
