The interview process included two parts, and was initially well- organized. However- after the final interview, I was told that I was overqualified, but would be offered to interview for another position. Unfortunately, they did not contact me in the time frame they had mentioned, so I followed up. I did not hear back from them after that. It was an unfortunate end as a positive rapport was built throughout the process.
