I first received a phone call from a recruiter. She explained some aspects of the role and then asked me what element of regulatory affairs I wanted to pursue along with a few other basic questions. A few weeks later, she invited me to an interview with a hiring manager.

The interview process was comprehensive and included multiple steps, which I appreciated as it allowed me the opportunity to learn multiple perspectives. This was communicated to me upfront from the recruiter, who did a really good job of keeping me in the loop and guiding the process. One of the rounds was pretty conversational and actually gave me a sense of what working with these folks would be like. There was also a bit more intense/technical round that was a good experience all in all.
