Excellent phone interview - Recruiter was thorough, friendly, candid and professional. Top Notch! The in person interview was very professional. All people I had contact with were upbeat and pleasant and seemed happy to be there. Met with two managers. One was very personal, engaging, shared more about the direction of the organization, its culture, existing challenges, and asked questions that solicited a dialog. The other manager was very professional and pleasant. Her interview was more structured with an "agenda" and filled with "behavioral" questions, some of which were challenging to answer. She was more of a "by the book" type personality and she was harder to get to know on a more personal, candid level. Overall my experience was very positive and I hope to move to the next step!
