I had one interview and was hired on the spot. The interview process was not like any other company. This company was desperate for employees and hired anyone with a college degree.

The interview process was related more to what the job was suppose to entail rather than what the job actually was. Also had the opportunity to sit down with one of the supervisors from the department that provided some general information on what a normal day in the position would be.
