The interview process had multiple stages. The first stage was a take-home assignment, which consisted of an editing exercise (one full article). The second stage was a video call interview with two current employees.

What experience do you have editing scientific articles?
Evasive and low pay that was only mentioned when asked. High expectations, but after consideration, might not be the best job unless truly desperate. I do not seem to be the only one with this experience.
