Interview with a staffing agency first. Then went into a meeting with one supervisor, then a sales supervisor. Had a callback that same day as interview. The meeting with the sales manager was a lot more relaxed. The initial supervisor was a lot more aggressive in his questions and really wanted to probe into prior work experience and he really was looking for specifics, in regards to how you handled issues in the past.
