Had 2 video interviews with them. The two were with different people from the company except for one person who attended both. They reposted the ad while I was interviewing despite having more than 60 candidates which leads me to believe that: - they have internal struggles and difficulties making a decision to choose a candidate. The interviews themselfs were also giving similar impression: too many opinions and no forward movement. - or they are just setting up the interviews to collect more data and news regarding the field they are working in. More than a couple of times they noted down new concepts I was introducing them to and seemed "genuinely" intrigued and interested by my knowledge and skills, only to reject my application afterwards. Also, they reposted their ad again this week, which means that there is more than one thing that's out of order in the company.

1 phone call with people - approx 1 hr
1 in-person interview with 2 people - approx 1 hr
The interview process was long but what I did not appreciate is the lack of information. Start Dates and Salary were never discussed, even when asked, so it felt like I was going on a wild goose chase for basic information. I feel like the interview was just a ruse to get information on how to better their own company's marketing plans rather than actually wanting to hire someone. One of my interviewers had an " urgent" matter to attend to, so I was interviewing with someone I had not even heard about. Another interviewer tuned in via Skype but did not want to turn on his camera, so I heard a voice that I couldn't associate to a face.
Otherwise, the interview felt like just random questions with a few specific to marketing and business. For example, I was asked about my favorite authors due to my minor in French Studies, which had nothing to do with the position I applied for.
