Very efficient interview process, lots of stages. When in lockdown everything was online so it was odd starting a new position in 2022 not having met ANY of the people you would be working directly with. As far as I am aware that is still the standard procedure. You will start the position having never met your store manager. But other than that, the interview process was really fun and didn’t feel like a job interview at all

Booked in for an interview. Nobody bothered to show up. No message, call or email. Clearly shows their lack of professionalism and is a clear indication of how they operate as a company and treat their staff members.
