My interview was straight to the point what I would be doing, who we work for, and what was expected. I was explained company policy, core values, and benefits. I also explained how my skills, education, and training could be an asset to the company. I was introduced to the team and was shown the workplace.

Phone interview, than three more face to face interviews. There were many questions on the second interview totally irrelevant to the job at hand. The person doing this interview was an HR person and was a fill in because the boss I was supposed to be with forgot I was coming
