I was contacted couple weeks after submitting my resume to them at a career fair. I scheduled an interview with one of their staffs and the interview lasted for about 20-30 mins. They did not have any Entry level positions at the time so I was told my resume would be kept on file. As for the interview it self, it was pretty chill. They just asked me to talk about my self and career goals.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do not receive very many entry level positions in from our clients, as they typically choose to hire this level on their own. We will continue to keep you posted as opportunities arise matching your skill set. We encourage you to create a profile on our website as well and create alerts of positions you may be interested in. This will allow you to be emailed when positions in your area of interest come in.

Phone Screening, followed by in person interview. The staff and management were very friendly. Offer was extended over phone, came in to sign the offer letter. Started 2 weeks later.

You are made to drive to the HQ to Windsor for a week of training that mainly consists of you reading the handbook and watching recruiting videos. They forgot to give me my offer letter.

We appreciate your feedback and review and are sorry that you feel there was no value in coming to our corporate location for training. Others have valued the face to face time with fellow teammates and senior management members, the sharing of idea’s/tips/tricks of recruiting, and in depth training on our process including our HRIS system.
