Zoom interview with the manager and supervisor, followed by a background check - took a few days to a week to hear back from the hiring management. Quick and very self explanatory

First step was a phone-interview with a recruiting agency they were using. Next, I went for an in person interview with the manager of the location I applied for. It was one-on-one and lasted about 30 minutes. However, it took almost a month to hear back and being offered the job.
