1hr screening round (behavioral) + 2hr assessment day (behavioral, programming and case study). 3 weeks until call back. Was given a verbal offer, only to be ghosted for two weeks after. They then withdrew the verbal offer due to "changes in organization". Extremely unprofessional hiring process. Do not assume you have the offer until you get the contract; and even then you have to stay cautious.
