My interview experience is gonna support those bad reviews towards this company. they indeed have serious problems with their upper management level. After I submitted my resume through their website, they asked me go directly onsite for first round for bunch of technical questions. Then they asked me coming next week for second round. On 2nd round, this guy from upper management said he basically gonna see every candidates before onboarding. Then after greetings he just showed his attitude on me, yeah right after the greeting ! If this guy thinks he can act like God as being the interviewer, then I definitely can see their upper management level think they own the employees. Plus, this guy just came in unprepared, reading my resume in front of me, very disrespectful. I kinda glad didn't get an offer from this company, dodged a bullet !

Entrevista
My interview with MFour was a complete waste of time. I had a brief phone interview followed by an on site interview with 3 different members on the team. Easiest "technical" interview I have ever been on because the interviewers were unprepared with any technical questions and only asked a very simple question. When meeting with the head of the tech department, he decided that bragging about all the work he's done was a good way to gauge my ability to fill the duties required by the role.
At the end of it all, I agreed to do a coding test but apparently the test was not written yet and I never received it. My guess is, my salary requirement was out of their range and they are so disorganized that this deal breaker did not come up until the last minute.

Entrevista
Went through a recruiter. Was warned it would be a 3-hour interview. 1st hour was just q&a. Last 2 hours was 3 coding tests. 1 was on a provided computer, 2 and 3 were written. 1 of the tests was to see if you could connect the M to the V to the C using the Kohana framework. 2nd was to figure out what value is returned just by looking at some code. 3rd was to look at some HTML, CSS, and Jquery code and find the errors.
