HR, Group Discussion, Panel Interview, MD Interview. The interview rounds are not very difficult to pass if you are a fresher. The Group discussion round is an interesting one if you can speak well in public.

Entrevista
There are at least 6–7 steps in the interview process. Thus, the hiring procedure is tedious. Every employee must sign a bond with the company that lasts for three years. They also prohibit an employee from obtaining a master's degree during the first two years after contract signing.
