Submitted resume online and received an interview invite a few days later. The interview was unorganized basically who ever was free at the moment took turns in the process. No formalized questions were at hand as well as the conversation seemed like a joke amongst the initial interviewer. Almost as though he seemed hungover.

As an employee recommendation, I was able to have a very informal interview, which really took the pressure off. Questions ranged from general experience questions, to those probing into the healthcare industry itself. While the interview seemed to be the last leg in a process drawn out by management's busy schedule (quickly-growing startup at the time), it helped set the tone for the first few weeks of employment, after starting my position a week later.
