Entrevista
The interview process was structured but straightforward. It started with an initial phone screen with a recruiter to go over my background and interest in the role. From there, I had one or two video/phone interviews with hiring managers and team members, which focused on both technical skills and cultural fit. The questions were a mix of behavioral (“tell me about a time…”) and role-specific problem solving. In some cases, there was an assessment or case study to demonstrate relevant skills.
