      Fiz uma entrevista na empresa MIGSO-PCUBED.

      Entrevista

      I went through the recruitment process with MIGSO-PCUBED Italy for two different positions. Despite investing hours of preparation and commitment, the overall experience was negative due to chaotic and non-transparent candidate management. First Experience: After receiving an official collaboration proposal, I requested some legitimate clarifications via email. Not only did I never receive a written reply to my questions, but I was repeatedly called without notice. During these calls, I felt pressured to officially accept the proposal—using phrases to the effect of "reaching a decisive point"—under the guise of not spoiling relations with the final customer. The main issue occurred after the final interview with the client. Despite being promised multiple times a call right after the meeting for a debrief and next steps, communication stopped. I only received an informal text message stating the feedback was negative. From that moment on, I received no official rejection email and no structured feedback, despite completing three internal interview steps and a final client interview. Second Experience: Despite the previous poor experience, I later inquired about another vacancy within the company that fit my profile. Given that I had already successfully passed all internal interview steps, I expected prompt consideration. Instead, my outreach went unanswered for days. Only after I sent a follow-up reminder did I finally receive a standard rejection email. Key Issues Identified: - Lack of written transparency: The process avoided putting answers to contractual questions in writing, relying instead on high-pressure phone calls. - Failure to adhere to promises: Updates and debriefs were promised but never happened. - Lack of post-interview closure: As soon as the final client provided negative feedback, formal communication was cut off, showing a lack of professional courtesy. I cannot recommend the recruitment process if you value mutual respect, transparency, and professional standards.
