Applied online, followed by phone screen. Met with VP for two hour interview in their dark, cramped HQ--very basic questions, followed by a test. The test concerned was concerned with booking a tour with certain restrictions. Interviewer was cordial.

The interview process was extremely long. I was interviewed the first time for 3 hours and called back for another 3 hour interview that included tests. The vice president who interviewed me was very hard to read. She did not respond in any way to the answers I was giving and would simply move on to the next question. It was at best very uncomfortable.
