Fairly Extensive. Includes Engineering aptitude test, behavioral assessment, two phone interviews and two in person interviews. You will get to meet several of the employees. More than likely though, they will all give the okay, and there is only one or two people that ever say no. Application Engineering manager and VP of Engineering.

What are your career goals over the next five years?
Thank you for your feedback. Please note since this review, MIRATECH has undergone an extensive leadership overhaul and full ownership restructuring. It is a much better interview experience than it was over 10 years ago :)
