Had two interviews at MIT for HR positions. After initial in-person interviews, I did not hear back about the position. It would have been nice to have some communication and closure.

4 rounds of interviews. A phone conversation, interview with hiring manager, interview with team, interview with department chair. Took over 2 months between applying and hearing back. After the two month period I was told they would go with an internal candidate.
