Give a presentation on a previous project and discuss it with the staff of the office that you are going to work with. After the presentation you then went to each persons office and discussed your presentation as well as what work you were interested in doing. Each person would then discuss the work that they were doing and between the two of you, decide what you would like to do.

The interview process is managed by the department head. Group leaders and project leaders are involved in the interview. There was a technical and managerial interview. The company focused on hiring a well rounded employee.
