Unconventional interview process. Hiring manager found me on LinkedIn & invited me to apply. The recruiter assured me it would consist of no more than 3 interviews - but they ended up conducting 4 altogether.
Interviews weren’t very professional (too much personal information was shared in them). Was ghosted by hiring manager for 2 weeks & finally received an update from the recruiter.
