Was contacted twice for a phone screening. Recruiter never responded to my follow up email. Several weeks later the hiring manager reached out themselves. Conducted a panel interview onsite but did not hear back from the recruiter regarding if I got the job or not. Do not expect this organization to follow up as a courtesy. If you did not get the job, you will not hear back from them in typical big company archaic fashion. They will ghost you.

Entrevista
The interview process started with a video interview via Microsoft Teams with the team. Second interview was a formal interview that was held in person. The interview process was very smooth and fast.
