Last year I went through the interview process with MKS2 and I have to say, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. The main reason for this was because of the senior recruiter, Jesse Glubrecht. He was excellent at his job and made every step of the process informative, transparent, and personable. Jesse was always available to answer any questions I had and provided clear and detailed information about the position and the company. He also made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process, which was greatly appreciated. What really stood out to me about Jesse was his professionalism and his genuine interest in helping me land the job. He was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was prepared for my interviews and that I had a good understanding of the company's culture and values. Although I unfortunately did not land the job I interviewed for, Jesse is still advocating for me when opportunities arise. He truly is a valuable asset to the company and an excellent example of what a technical recruiter should aspire to be. Overall, my experience with the interview process and Jesse Glubrecht was a positive one and I would highly recommend MKS2 as an employer to anyone looking for a new opportunity.
